Opera Browser:

Generally, Lucky Tab does not install in Opera browser however you can always double check. Do the following:

1. Start Opera browser.
2. Go to Tools > Extensions > Manage Extensions.
3. Find Lucky Tab extension.
4. Click Uninstall button.
